Psychotherapy
In the process of IFS therapy, people change their lives, environment, and work. Changes on a practical level allow you to find ways out of difficult life situations and inspire you to take further independent steps without the help of a therapist.
IFS therapy helps partners listen and hear each other, resulting in understanding and acceptance. Close people begin to talk openly about their experiences, needs and overcome crises together.
As we grow up, we learn to live; in adolescence, a child really needs support in order to know and accept himself. At the IFS session, we will together establish communications within the internal family, define goals, set tasks, and build a route.
